The cottage Häuslbauer allows you a comfortable stay in a good location. The centre of Schladming can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The living area is spacious and cosy with a nostalgic flair. There are three bedrooms with rustic stone pine beds and newly built bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and a living room with comfortable seating.
The highlight is the wine cellar - here you can enjoy a bottle of wine or a "digestive schnapps" downstairs below the living room in the 350-year-old vault. The house also offers free Wi-Fi and cable TV and a large garden and balcony. Guests are welcome to use the daily bread delivery service.

Getting there:
The apartment is ready for you from 3pm.
Departure:
Please vacate the apartment by 10am.
Minimum stay:
If your stay is less than 3 nights there is a 10% surcharge

The overnight stay tax is € 2,50 per person / day (from 15 years).

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Cancellation fees
As it is not always possible to find a replacement
booking at short notice we hope you understand
our increased cancellation conditions.
As a guest you will have the opportunity to cancel free of charge 3 month prior to arrival.
Up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price.
Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price.
Up to 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
In case of non-arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
Confirmation of reservation (deposit):
After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit equal
to 30% of the travel price must be transferred to the specified account.
General Terms and Conditions
The "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006" are valid for all reservations.
